Our Testing Method
DER has been working strictly during its whole production process. The whole process as following
Color Matching Process
With different proportion of pigments, we can make any color according to Pantone / Ral Color Chart, or customers’ color samples. During this process, a small color sample is going to be made to compare the original color required, with a copy of pigments proportion during this matching, once color matched, with same raw material percentage, it is easy to make same color in quantity.
Adhesive Level Testing
This process is to test the percentage of plasticizer/stabilizer and other additives. To make sure the softness and surface sticky level is as close as required.
Live Testing During Production Process
3. Roll Width Testing: Roll Width have to be checked for every roll.
Physical Testing
After production, there are numbers of physical testings to make sure every production can meet customer requirements.
1. Weight: Tolerance within 10gsm for each production
There are a lot more testing applied to make sure every order is made properly to match customers’ requirement.
Packaging
Secure Packaging: According to customer requirement.
